: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Food & Beverages Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverages, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Food & Beverages Merchandiser, will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed effectively and attractively to maximize sales and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and presentation in stores. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create visually appealing product displays and promotional materials. - Working closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure that shelves are adequately stocked at all times. - Conduct regular audits of product displays to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines. - Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and product knowledge, (as needed). - Analyze sales data and customer feedback (take the feedback from the branches) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities (like price with size compared with company price and size). - Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including storage areas and company vehicles. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain necessary promotional materials and product samples (as needed). Qualifications: - Must have a driving license - Experience in merchandising in the food and beverage industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications if needed.
