is seeking aFood and Beverage Supervisor
to oversee operations across all its UAE branches.Position:
Food and Beverage Supervisor
Location: All UAE branches (Sharjah, Ras al Khaimah & Dubai)
Experience: 4 - 5 years
Job Duties:
Responsible for overseeing all operations of the Food & Beverage, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and profitability. Managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, achieving financial goals, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the F&B department. Control costs, including labor, food, and operational expenses, while maximizing revenue. Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase profitability. Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and cafe team to align with market trends and customer preferences. Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and service standards. Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all F&B outlets, kitchens, and equipment.
