We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our team in Rixos Bab Al Bahr. As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in our food and beverage outlet.
Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
Train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain excellent performance and adherence to company policies
Monitor and maintain quality control for all food and beverage items served
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to meet budgetary goals
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency
Prepare staff schedules and manage time-off requests
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns
Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer loyalty
Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, record-keeping, and cash management
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant or food and beverage outlet operations, with at least one year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices
Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food service industry
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
* Relevant education in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
