Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding guest experiences through professional, courteous, and efficient service.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all F&B outlets.
Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Oversee inventory, stock control, and cost management for all F&B areas.
Enforce brand guidelines, operational standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
Handle guest feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist in planning and executing special promotions, events, and themed dining experiences.
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, budgets, and labor costs.
Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
3+ years of proven experience
as an F&B Supervisor, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality service standards.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and operational compliance.
