A renowned luxury hotel in Qatar is seeking a proactive and experienced
Food & Beverage Supervisor
to oversee daily operations and maintain exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality protocols while fostering a motivated, high-performing team environment. This role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences in line with luxury brand expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure an elevated guest experience through courteous, prompt, and professional service delivery.
Uphold a clean, safe, and compliant working environment in line with hotel and regulatory standards.
Lead and motivate the F&B team, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and continuous skill development.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service flow.
Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control to reduce wastage and improve cost efficiency.
Enforce compliance with brand standards, hygiene procedures, and safety guidelines.
Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Support in planning and executing events, themed promotions, and seasonal dining experiences.
Track key performance indicators including labor efficiency, sales objectives, and cost control.
Prepare accurate reports and assist management with operational planning.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of F&B or restaurant experience within a five-star or luxury hotel setting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire teams.
Strong guest service orientation and excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining top-quality standards.
Skilled in multitasking and time management under pressure.
Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Experience in cost management, scheduling, and inventory systems.
Positive, solution-driven approach to daily challenges.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic or Russian is an asset.
