Job Description
Royal Beach Hotel & Resort is looking for a
dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor
to oversee daily operations in our restaurants and outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service standards, smooth operations, and a memorable dining experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily F&B operations in restaurants, bars, and outlets Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation Manage and train F&B staff to improve performance and teamwork Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce wastage Assist in scheduling staff and coordinating with the kitchen and management Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel policies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 6 days per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
