POSITION SUMMARY
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are to supervise and assist in the service of a quality food & beverage product to customers. The ideal candidate is to assist in the development of food & beverage products and services. You are also expected to answer guest requests and assist with complaints in a professional manner. Also, you are to ensure hosts are working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are expected to complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. In this role, you are to inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
