About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Food & Beverage Operations Manager

to oversee and manage all aspects of our hotel's food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, room service, and banqueting. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service, quality, and presentation. Develop and implement standard operating procedures, service standards, and quality control measures. Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to maintain a high-performance culture. Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to plan menus, control food costs, and maintain quality. Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and cost control to achieve budgeted targets. Analyze sales, expenses, and profitability reports to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and guest experiences. Ensure compliance with Qatar Municipality health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Manage guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Participate in the development of marketing and promotional strategies for F&B outlets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Minimum

5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management

, with at least

2 years in a leadership role

within a hotel or hospitality group. Proven experience in multi-outlet operations management. Strong knowledge of F&B financials, budgeting, and cost control. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and make sound operational decisions. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems (Micros or equivalent). Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
