Job Summary:

Assist the Team Leader in driving F&B sales, optimizing operations, and executing marketing strategies. This role involves coordinating between departments, managing delivery services, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to standards. Coordinate with kitchen and kiosk teams to streamline processes and optimize efficiency. Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages. Implement and maintain health and safety protocols. Support creating kids' catering menus & assist in new menu rollout.
Sales Growth:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Execute promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness. Manage relationships with delivery platforms like Talabat to optimize performance. Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
Kiosk Operations:

Accompany on kiosk visits to ensure that standards are met. Assist in resolving operational challenges. Support team members in achieving performance goals and targets.
Qualifications:

Relevant experience in F&B or a related field.

Strong communication, organizational, and sales skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
