We will be looking for talent for the following roles: Assistant Restaurant Managers, Restaurant Supervisors, Head Hostesses, Hostesses, Captains, Waiters, Head Mixologists, Mixologists, Beach Attendants.

What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
• You will be responsible for delivering refined and personalized dining experiences to ensure our guests received nothing but the best experience.
• You'll also take guests orders, serve food and drinks, recommend pairings, and contribute to the flow and ambiance of each service.
• Our values or Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Food & Beverage professional, you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• Whether crafting a perfect coffee, mixing signature cocktails, or leading a station with precision and poise, you'll help create moments our guests remember.
• Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.
• You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the Beach Club needs.

• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• You`ll bring your excellent understanding of service standards and ability to anticipate guest expectations.
• Your strong organizational skills will be instrumental to ensure a smooth and consistent service in all the areas of the outlet.
• English is the primary language used in our beach club. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.
