Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily food and beverage operations, including scheduling, setup, and service flow
Assist in planning and executing events, banquets, meetings, and special functions
Liaise with chefs, service staff, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and service
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, invoices, and event details
Support menu planning and updates in collaboration with culinary teams
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve service issues promptly
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives
Train and support food and beverage staff as needed
