Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in Food & Beverage / hospitality (preferred)
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and friendly food and beverage service to guests
Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them promptly
Ensure knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Process bills and payments accurately, when required
Support daily opening and closing duties
Comply with company policies and operational procedures
