Novotel, ibis & Adagio Fujairah is a hotel cluster located a few minutes away from the city\'s landmarks and shopping malls that is ready to welcome every visitor to Fujairah. Our hotels offer 434 stylish rooms, two restaurants, bars, a coffee lounge, a gym, a swimming pool, free outdoor and indoor parking facilities, five fully equipped meeting rooms and a ballroom with the capacity up to 1,000 guests.

Key duties include, but are not limited to the following tasks.

To welcome guests and provide a high standard of restaurant, bar, and/or banquet services.
To contribute globally to guest satisfaction and company\'s forecasted revenue through the quality of the work and exemplary behaviour.
To respect and maintain the company\'s instructions, guidelines and commitment of HACCP, safety and security implementation.
To well perform other related duties that are assigned and required by hotel management.

Qualifications

We are looking for a talent with the following qualifications.

A talent with a genuine passion in Food & Beverage.
Having a relevant education background and/or experience for minimum 1 year in the similar role and industry.
Availability to work varied shifts including early morning, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A guest, service, and revenue-oriented person.
