The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the establishment's reputation for excellence. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to superior service. Attendants greet and assist guests, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently. Maintain a clean dining area, handle inquiries professionally, coordinate with staff, and ensure health and safety standards. Deliver exceptional service to create a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or food service training is a plus. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred.
