Food and Beverage Supervisor
Qualifications:
Diploma / Graduate (Hospitality / Management)
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department.
Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction in all F&B outlets.
Assist in planning and organizing staff schedules and work assignments.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage cost control.
Train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff performance.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Handle guest complaints and provide timely solutions.
Requirements:
Relevant experience as F&B Supervisor in hotels, restaurants, or resorts.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and hospitality practices.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
UAE/GCC experience preferred (if applicable).
