Key Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage service teams to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal guest satisfaction
• Inspect staff grooming, uniform standards, and service readiness, addressing gaps promptly
• Manage opening and closing duties including setup, cleaning, securing areas, and equipment checks
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service flow, guest safety, and overall experience
• Ensure proper stock control, FIFO compliance, cleanliness of storage areas, and timely requisitions
• Complete inventories, raise maintenance work orders, and follow up on repairs
• Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management of staff
• Act as a role model and first point of contact for fair treatment and open-door processes
• Enforce company policies, food safety, hygiene, and security procedures at all times
• Welcome guests professionally, anticipate service needs, and resolve concerns promptly
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, safety, and cost control
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to service operations

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service operations
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury service environment
• High attention to detail, safety, and guest satisfaction
• Physically able to meet the demands of extended standing and manual tasks
