Role Summary
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, supervising frontline teams, and ensuring that service quality, food standards, and customer experience meet Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment brand requirements across assigned sites in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, team supervision, shift scheduling, and task execution
• Ensure brand standards, service quality, food presentation, and customer experience are consistently achieved
• Resolve customer complaints professionally while driving upselling and revenue opportunities
• Lead, train, motivate, and mentor team members, acting as a role model in frontline operations
• Oversee cash handling processes, including floats, opening and closing procedures, cashier balancing, and policy compliance
• Manage stock control and inventory activities, including counts, deliveries, variance reporting, and adherence to stock procedures
• Conduct daily facility walk-throughs, identify maintenance or equipment issues, and coordinate resolution with management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, child safeguarding, and statutory regulations
• Complete audits, reports, checklists, purchase requests and orders, attend management meetings, review NPS feedback, and implement company initiatives

Ideal Profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Certificate, course, or diploma in Hospitality with PIC Level 2 certification as per local regulations or Majid Al Futtaim requirements
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining high service standards
• Strong passion for food quality, culinary excellence, and customer service
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
• Organized, professional, and calm problem-solver with sound judgment and integrity
