Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service Drive sales with a strong focus on increasing revenue Maintain excellent product & menu knowledge across the team Train and guide staff to deliver outstanding guest service and upselling skills Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor (hospitality background preferred) Sales-oriented approach with proven ability to increase revenue Strong leadership, communication & people management skills Solid knowledge of food & beverage products and menus Ability to train, motivate and support staff
