Job Description

The

Food & Beverage Supervisor

is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage management, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all

food and beverage operations

to ensure efficient and smooth service. Maintain

high-quality standards

in food presentation, beverages, and overall guest experience. Ensure staff follow service protocols, grooming standards, and hygiene practices. Manage

inventory control

, ordering, and cost management for both food and beverage items. Train, motivate, and guide service and bar staff to achieve performance targets. Oversee

bar operations

, ensuring product consistency and beverage quality. Support menu and beverage innovation in coordination with the chef and bar team. Handle guest feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Ensure strict compliance with

HACCP

,

health

, and

safety

regulations. Supervise opening and closing duties, ensuring readiness for daily operations.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in the

F&B or hospitality industry

, preferably in a

standalone restaurant

or hotel. At least

1 year of experience as a Supervisor

or in a leadership role. Excellent knowledge of

cocktails, coffee, and beverages

.

HACCP certification is mandatory.
