Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage daily operations and uphold service excellence within a prestigious luxury hotel in Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards while cultivating a supportive and performance-driven team culture. This position requires effective leadership, clear communication, and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences aligned with luxury brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service through prompt, polite, and professional interactions. Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment in accordance with regulatory standards. Lead and inspire the F&B team, fostering a motivated and efficient work environment. Oversee team coordination, encouraging autonomy and continuous improvement through training and guidance. Manage stock levels, procurement, and inventory control to minimize waste and optimize costs. Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service and timely execution. Enforce adherence to brand standards, hygiene policies, and safety regulations. Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Assist in organizing events, special offers, and seasonal dining experiences. Monitor financial metrics including labor costs, sales targets, and budget compliance. Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports for management.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations within a luxury hotel environment, including at least 2 year in a supervisory role. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage diverse teams. Strong guest service skills with excellent verbal and written communication. High attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure. Solid understanding of health, hygiene, and safety compliance. Proficiency in inventory tracking, scheduling, and cost management. Solution-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges efficiently. Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus.
