Food & Beverage Supervisor (Barista Experience Required)
Supervise daily F&B outlet operations. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee; train staff in barista skills. Delegate tasks and support team performance. Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and hygiene standards. Handle guest queries and complaints professionally. Support financial targets through upselling and cost control. Assist in staff training and development. Promote sustainability and minimize waste. Maintain strong relationships with other departments.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
