voco Dubai is seeking a Food and Beverage Server to support smooth outlet operations while delivering relaxed, guest-focused service aligned with the hotel's distinctive and welcoming brand personality. Key Responsibilities
Provide food and beverage service according to established SOPs and service standards
Support daily outlet operations with a hands-on approach
Assist in maintaining par stocks and follow FIFO procedures
Coordinate with supporting departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Prepare equipment, tools, and materials for daily service
Maintain high cleanliness and organization in both front and back-of-house areas
Attend daily briefings and stay updated on menu, specials, and service requirements
Build rapport with guests and handle basic service recovery
Report lost and found items, maintenance issues, and operational concerns
Assist with inventory counts and equipment management
Handle equipment properly and maintain service stations
Support team development through cooperation and communication
Follow hygiene, health, safety, and emergency protocols
Maintain proper grooming standards and punctuality
Ideal Profile
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a similar role, ideally within an upscale or fine-dining environment
Strong knowledge of food and beverage basics
Friendly and attentive service approach
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Good English communication skills
Guest-focused mindset with strong teamwork abilities
