What You'll Do

• Greet and seat guests, providing a welcoming and attentive dining experience
• Set up tables, polish glassware, flatware, and prepare stations for service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and process them promptly
• Explain daily specials, upsell menu items, and promote cocktails and beverages
• Serve meals and beverages to brand standards while ensuring guest comfort
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and cocktails in line with service guidelines
• Handle guest payments and process transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, reset tables, and ensure the outlet remains organized
• Address guest concerns or complaints calmly and take corrective action
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless food and beverage service

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with a warm and inviting personality
• Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude with a passion for food, beverages, and customer service
• Basic organizational and operational skills in restaurant service
