Position Overview
Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf Dubai is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations across the property. This management role is responsible for driving service excellence, operational efficiency, team leadership, and financial performance while upholding Marriott brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, banquets, and room service
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service standards in line with Marriott policies
Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate food and beverage teams to achieve operational and service goals
Plan staffing, scheduling, and workforce requirements to meet business demands
Control budgets, manage costs, and optimize revenue and profitability
Implement food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards at all times
Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback and complaints, and ensure effective service recovery
Coordinate closely with culinary, purchasing, finance, and operations teams
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company SOPs, and brand standards
Support talent development, internal promotions, and a positive workplace culture
Ideal Profile
Proven experience in a food and beverage management role within a hotel or hospitality environment
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
