Key Responsibilities

• Assist the waiters and service team in providing seamless, high-quality service to guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest grooming and hygiene standards.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are accurate and presented as per resort standards.
• Support table setup, cleaning, and reset between guest turnovers.
• Maintain full knowledge of the restaurant's menu, daily specials, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in all service areas.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests courteously, proactively, and efficiently.

Ideal Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a food and beverage or hospitality service role, preferably in a luxury or high-volume setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
