Key Responsibilities

• Manage menus by reading and verifying information accurately

• Move, lift, and handle items up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
• Stand, walk, and perform physical service duties for extended periods
• Navigate sloping or uneven surfaces safely during service
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and hygiene practices
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure uniform compliance
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously
• Assist individuals with disabilities as required
• Perform other service-related tasks as assigned by supervisors

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Less than one year of related work experience preferred
• Good communication and service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift items during shifts
• Reliable, guest-focused, and committed to service quality
