Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional food and beverage service to guests
• Prepare service areas before opening, including table setup and cleanliness
• Assist guests with menu information and relay orders accurately to kitchen teams
• Serve food and beverages in line with quality, presentation, and service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment throughout shifts
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and communication at all times
• Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
• Report maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions promptly
• Perform additional service-related duties as assigned by supervisors

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is an advantage
• Positive attitude with strong guest service orientation
• Ability to work flexible shifts and remain on feet for extended periods
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
