Position Overview
Jumeirah Group, a global leader in luxury hospitality and part of Dubai Holding, is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team at Madinat Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will deliver attentive guest service, ensure the highest standards in food and beverage presentation, and contribute to maintaining the refined dining experience that defines Jumeirah's Arabian luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately, including coffee, tea, juices, pastries, and light meals, ensuring superior guest satisfaction.
Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu to make recommendations and answer guest queries effectively.
Support the creation and preparation of new beverage recipes and menu enhancements.
Prepare all drinks and food items according to brand standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Handle guest billing and payment transactions accurately while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
Conduct daily equipment checks, including coffee machines and grinders, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
Follow strict hygiene and safety standards while managing stock, rotation, and replenishment according to FIFO principles.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Promptly handle guest feedback or concerns and escalate to supervisors when required.
Ideal Profile
Previous experience of at least one year in a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar environment.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and related software systems.
Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
Attention to detail and passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
