Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized food and beverage service in accordance with Bvlgari and Marriott standards.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make thoughtful recommendations to guests.
• Maintain a clean, elegant, and organized dining environment at all times.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery.
• Handle guest feedback gracefully, ensuring each experience exceeds expectations.
• Comply with hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols throughout all service operations.
• Support the execution of private events and special functions within dining venues.
• Process orders and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Contribute to creating an atmosphere that reflects the refined luxury of Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts.

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality or Food Service preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury dining or five-star hospitality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming, elegant demeanor, and a passion for luxury service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Italian or additional languages is an asset.
