Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper food handling and hygiene in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest feedback gracefully and ensure immediate follow-up to enhance satisfaction.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or hospitality qualification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury dining, fine dining, or high-end hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and guest-focused attitude.
• Multilingual ability is an advantage, especially English, Italian, or Mandarin.
