Key Responsibilities

• Provide refined and attentive service to guests across restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining.
• Present menus, describe dishes, and recommend selections that match guest preferences.
• Ensure tables, utensils, and service stations are impeccably set and maintained.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all service areas.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support special events, private dining, and banquet services when required.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately in the POS system.
• Uphold the brand's luxury image through exceptional presentation and hospitality.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or hospitality-related qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
• Knowledge of food service standards and beverage pairings.
• Team-oriented, courteous, and detail-focused.
• Multilingual ability, especially English or Italian, is an advantage.
