Key Responsibilities

• Support banquet and event operations by setting up service stations, tables, and event areas according to standards.
• Assist waiters in serving food and beverages promptly and professionally during functions.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of event menus, service styles, and special requirements.
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to guarantee timely and accurate order delivery.
• Monitor guest needs throughout the event and respond promptly to requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables, ensuring smooth transitions between courses or events.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and resort grooming standards.
• Uphold the resort's service philosophy by providing courteous and attentive guest interactions.

Ideal Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining environment.
• Strong understanding of banquet and event service operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Professional personal presentation and grooming.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for guest service.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
