Position Overview
Vignette Collection by IHG is looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Associate to deliver exceptional service across dining operations. This role involves welcoming guests, managing orders, processing transactions, and ensuring a memorable dining experience that reflects luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and inform them of specials and menu updates.
• Take food and beverage orders, input into POS system, and ensure special requests are recorded.
• Upsell menu items including beverages and desserts.
• Serve food and drinks, refill glasses, and maintain dining standards.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Assist with basic cleaning and setup duties as directed by management.
• Provide accurate product and service knowledge to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Support other F&B outlets within the property as needed.
• Adhere to grooming, hygiene, and appearance standards.
• Assist with end-of-day financial reconciliations and reporting.

Ideal Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and reliability under pressure.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities in English; additional languages a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cooking and wine service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and transaction handling.
