Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests courteously, presenting menus and explaining specials when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
Serve meals and drinks efficiently in accordance with service standards.
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, well-presented, and fully stocked at all times.
Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas before and after service.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP or equivalent).
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or F&B training preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment.
