Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-opening preparations and service setup for banquet and event operations
• Ensure service areas are prepared according to brand standards and event requirements
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, events, and operations teams for smooth service delivery
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of banquet areas
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to service requests
• Assist in supervising service flow during events to ensure consistency and quality
• Follow standard operating procedures for service, hygiene, and safety
• Represent the Crowne Plaza brand as a service ambassador during all guest interactions

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, banquets, or hotel operations is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance with a positive and energetic attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
