Role Summary
The Food and Beverage Administrator is responsible for administrative coordination, inventory tracking, cashiering support, and training assistance within food and beverage outlets, ensuring accurate records, compliance with hotel standards, and effective team support.
Key Responsibilities
Administration

  • Collect and process general requisitions and food and beverage requisitions
  • Prepare, record, and maintain inventory reports on daily, monthly, and quarterly bases
  • Report engineering issues and raise HOTSOS requests as required
  • Maintain daily operational logs and update the logbook consistently
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, and annual inventory of operating equipment
  • Perform cashiering functions and ensure strict adherence to outlet cashiering procedures
  • Conduct daily beverage inventory checks and report discrepancies to management
Training and Human Resources Responsibilities
  • Coach and train new ambassadors through structured on-the-job training
  • Support employee training to ensure required skills and operational efficiency
  • Report for duty punctually in correct uniform and name tag, maintaining high standards of hygiene and appearance
  • Comply with hotel rules, fire safety, hygiene, and health and safety policies
  • Attend trainings and meetings as required
  • Promote a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace
  • Handle complaints of harassment or discrimination promptly and confidentially
  • Treat guests and colleagues from all cultural backgrounds with respect and sensitivity
  • Identify and address issues that may lead to cross-cultural conflict or misunderstanding
