Roles and Responsibilities: As a Restaurant & Food/Beverage Worker, you will:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.

Ensure tables are properly set and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.

Process payments and maintain accurate billing.

Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations.

Contribute to a positive team environment and work effectively with colleagues.

Requirements

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
