- Efficiently manage daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintain our service quality.
- Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Financial management: Budget, P&L, and inventory control.
- Participate in and leverage various food events to amplify our brand presence.
- Employ strategic thinking to facilitate the growth and expansion of our business across new branches and markets.
Requirements
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an F&B Manager.
- Friendly, smart, and maintains a welcoming demeanor.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in handling operational challenges and providing innovative solutions.
- Experience in participating in and leveraging food events for brand visibility and engagement.
- Tactical thinker with the ability to think outside the box and facilitate business growth.
