A GymNation Receptionist is the life and soul of our business!
The first face any current and prospective members will see, a fountain of knowledge for our clients wants and needs and an overall PEOPLE person.
We are looking for candidates who radiate positivity, who can keep a calm head during a busy rush hour and handle multiple tasks at once!
This is a very rewarding role in which you will meet literally thousands of new people and work in a very close knit team, leading from the front.
We do not require previous experience in this role although it would be preferred, what we really want is PERSONALITY! Full training will of course be provided.
Expectations (including but not limited to):
Meeting and greeting all current and prospective members with a positive attitude
Handling queries and complaints with the utmost professionalism
Managing clients memberships and payments when required
Setting up new clients memberships with cards and gym access
Using the GymNation systems and software to ensure smooth running of the business
Doing regular Brand Standards and Health and Safety check of the gym and recording them in a timely manner
Upselling and acheiving basic relevant KPIs.
Relaying important messages to the Sales and Management team effectively
Keeping all front of house documentation in order
