Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome .
Present menus and provide detailed information on our food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Check on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns promptly.
Handle cash and card payments accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the cafe manager.
Requirements:
Visa Status:
Must have your own valid visa (e.g., husband's visa, family visa, freelance visa) and be legally eligible to work in the UAE with an NOC.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a cafe or restaurant setting is a strong advantage. Kitchen experience is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Languages:
Fluent in English. Knowledge of Tagalog is a significant advantage.
