Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

FM/MEP Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with UAE regulations. Candidates with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a background in facility management is must.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Team Management

Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to perform daily maintenance operations. Allocate work orders, monitor task completion, and ensure adherence to SLAs. Provide hands-on guidance and technical support to resolve complex maintenance issues.

Maintenance Operations

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure operational efficiency and identify faults. Supervise emergency repairs and troubleshoot system breakdowns effectively.

Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for specialized maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense, Municipality, and Health & Safety regulations. Implement energy-saving initiatives and recommend system improvements.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate maintenance records using CAFM systems or manual logs. Prepare daily and weekly reports on manpower utilization, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in MEP maintenance supervision or facilities management.

Technical Skills:

Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.

Leadership:

Proven ability to manage and motivate a maintenance team under pressure.

Communication:

Good written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).

License:

Valid UAE Driving License is Must.
