Check the premises regularly to ensure security
Record and report emergencies
Supervise the janitorial staff and other workers
Hire contractors for equipment installation and repairs
Evaluate existing systems
Identify technical problems
Monitor planned preventive maintenance
Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery and other operations
Carry out inspections of the facility
Perform administrative or custodial tasks as needed
Document lost and found items
Perform random checks
Participate in emergency planning
