Role Description

The FM Engineer (Sales) will:

? Manage and respond to customer inquiries professionally

? Generate and convert leads into business opportunities

? Understand client requirements and propose tailored FM solutions

? Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business

? Coordinate with BD team on strategic alignments and campaigns

? Prepare and submit technical/commercial proposals and tenders

? Track performance through reports and CRM tools

? Meet or exceed assigned sales targets

Qualifications

? 3-5 years of sales experience in Facilities Management (FM) - preferably in Abu Dhabi

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

? Strong ability to generate leads and close deals

? Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and ERP sales tools

? Experience in preparing sales logs, proposals, RFPs, and documentation

? Strong time management and organizational skills

? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

Sales Engineer: 4 years (Preferred) Facilities Management: 4 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* UAE driving license (Required)
