Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) in a commercial or residential property. Ensures equipment reliability, safety, compliance, and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain all MEP systems and building equipment.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and respond to breakdowns or faults.
Coordinate with vendors and supervise on-site work.
Monitor BMS and support energy-saving initiatives.
Maintain documentation and support audits and safety checks.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
2-4 years' experience in facilities or building maintenance.
Knowledge of BMS, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Safety awareness and good problem-solving skills.
Experience in handover/takeover documentation and processes.
Language: English, Hindi, Urdu (Required)
UAE Driving License (Preferred)
