We are looking for a talented and creative
Florist
to join our team! As a florist, you will be responsible for
designing, creating, and selling floral arrangements
and
Balloons
for various occasions including
weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.
You will also assist customers with flower selection, provide excellent customer service, and maintain the cleanliness and freshness of our floral inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorations
Prepare customized flower arrangements based on customer requests
Take customer orders in person, over the phone, or online
Manage inventory of flowers, greenery, and floral supplies
Handle flower deliveries and coordinate with the delivery team
Maintain a clean and organized work area and display area
Stay updated on floral design trends and seasonal flowers
Assist in setting up event decorations when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a florist or in floral design.
Strong creativity and sense of color and design
Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Ability to work weekends and during holidays (as needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
