We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, a flair for design, and the ability to create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and arrange fresh, dried, or artificial flowers and foliage for bouquets, displays, events, and special occasions.
Advise customers on floral selection, care, and arrangement options.
Take customer orders in person, over the phone, or online, and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies, including ordering and stock rotation.
Care for flowers and plants by watering, trimming, and ensuring proper storage.
Create attractive in-store displays to enhance customer experience.
Handle cash register operations, billing, and sales records.
Assist with decorating venues for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other functions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the shop.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Florist or in floral design (preferred).
Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements.
Creativity and artistic flair in design.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, weddings, etc.).
Basic knowledge of flower care and preservation techniques.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
