Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced

Florist

with an

own valid UAE visa

to join our wedding and event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, and installing floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions, ensuring high aesthetic standards and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, receptions, corporate events, and themed functions Handle fresh flowers, artificial flowers, and accessories with care and creativity Set up, install, and dismantle floral decor at event venues Coordinate with event planners, decor teams, and clients to meet design expectations Manage flower inventory, conditioning, and basic storage requirements Ensure quality, freshness, and consistency of floral designs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Support last-minute changes and work under tight event timelines

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Florist

in weddings and event decor (mandatory)

Own valid UAE visa is mandatory

Strong knowledge of floral design, color combinations, and event styling Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights during events Physically fit to handle event setup and breakdown Team player with good communication skills Immediate availability preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience in large-scale wedding or luxury event decor Knowledge of current floral and event decor trends Ability to work independently and manage multiple events
