Responsible for leading floral design, ensuring product quality, and managing day-to-day floral operations while delivering creative and customer-focused arrangements.
Design and oversee high-quality floral arrangements and displays.
Lead and train floristry staff; manage daily workflow.
Ensure freshness, inventory control, and proper flower care.
Collaborate on custom orders, events, and seasonal designs.
Maintain visual standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a florist, with leadership experience preferred.
Home country experience are acceptable.
Strong floral design, creativity, and color sense.
Knowledge of flower care, sourcing, and handling.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
More prefer for immediate joiner.
