: Rozarya Flowers & Events is seeking a passionate and skilled Florist to join our luxury floral and events team. You will design and create premium floral arrangements for daily orders and high-end events, collaborating with our creative team to deliver Rozarya's signature aesthetic.
Responsibilities:
Design and create floral arrangements for events and daily orders
Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and quality
Maintain knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
Ensure attention to detail and color coordination
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Florist
Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
Creative eye for detail and luxury styling
Must be based in Dubai
Compensation:
Salary is negotiable based on experience
