The florist will be in charge of choosing, decorating up, and maintaining the plants and flowers to go along with our landscaping initiatives. A creative person with an excellent sense of detail and a solid grasp of floral design principles is needed for this position. In order to include floral themes into our clients' outdoor areas, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our landscape designers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Arrangement:
Create floral arrangements, bouquets, and other decorative elements that enhance landscape designs.
Plant Selection:
Choose appropriate flowers and plants based on color schemes, seasonal availability, and client preferences.
Maintenance:
Ensure the health and vitality of floral and plant materials, including watering, pruning, and pest control.
Collaboration:
Work closely with landscape designers and clients to understand design requirements and provide floral solutions that meet project goals.
Customer Service:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on floral design.
Inventory Management:
Manage floral and plant inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock.
Setup & Installation:
Oversee the setup and installation of floral arrangements in various outdoor spaces.
